Getting help, reporting problems, and requesting features

We all need a little help sometimes.  It's OK!  You can access the in-app help widget by clicking on "Help..." in the Bommer dropdown menu (look for the  icon), and you can view program information (such as add-in version and company information) by clicking on the "About Bommer" menu item (look for the  icon).

If you see something wrong, the software or the above links aren't working, you want to request a feature, or you just want to give us a piece of your mind, you can click the  "Found an issue?  Got feedback?" button.  This will take you our troubleshooting guide, with a quick way of shooting us a note if you need a quick response.  You can also email us at support@bommer.io and we will do our best to help you!
