You may need to stop or restart Bommer, to restore backups, process an upgrade, or troubleshoot an issue. There are two ways of restarting Bommer. Both will accomplish your goals and which you select is only dependent on what you have going on in Fusion 360
Stopping or restarting Bommer by stopping or restarting Fusion 360
We will start with the easiest way of stopping or restarting Bommer: stopping or restarting Fusion 360! By default, Bommer is set to run on Fusion 360 startup, so to stop Bommer you can close out Fusion 360, and to restart it, you can open Fusion 360 again. If you changed this flag in the Add-ins dialog (by clicking on the Bommer row), you will need to use the next method to restart Bommer.
Stopping or restarting Bommer without restarting Fusion 360
To restart the second way click the Add-Ins button in Fusion 360 and select Scripts and Add-Ins. This can be found in the Design workspace, under the Tools section.
Then click the Add-ins tab on the top and find your add-ins in Fusion 360.
Select Bommer (you should only have one of these), and then click the Stop button. This will stop Bommer. Please make sure any pending work in Bommer is saved before doing this step.
If you want to restart Bommer, you can re-select it again and hit the Run button. You can verify Bommer by looking for the Bommer toolbar pane, or by opening Add-Ins again and looking for the dotted circle next to the word Bommer.
