Or cancel the bill of materials command then reopen the command.  If the data have loaded your BOM should re build and fill in with the actual part numbers and descriptions.

Explanation

Collaborative Editing (and the associated Manufacturing Data Model API) introduces a small bit of latency between when you open your design or drawing and when data are ready for add-ins like Bommer to query.  This usually resolves in 5-10 seconds maximum, but we have seen it take up to a minute in some cases.  If you find that you have some models that never resolve properly, or resolve intermittently, this could be an issue with the Manufacturing Data Model data or how Bommer accesses it.  Please contact Bommer support and if you can, grant our support folks access to your hub to take a look.
